LOUISE HARVEY SNM MONTANA GRAD

June 2007. I just returned from Montana and the Living in Process training where I visited with our beloved SNM ND graduate, Louise Harvey. I spent delightful time at her home, enjoyed a meal, visited her clinic (enjoy the pictures of her desk and iris camera and also her beautiful chakra mandalas and her oil visionary chart. Louise drove me to Helena that night and stayed over at the Boulder Hot Springs, so we enjoyed much sharing, soaking in the hot springs and vegetarian meals. The fragrance of oils will emanate through their retreat center as I anointed an elder during our art share night and everyone remarked on the beautiful energy and aromas.

Louise graduated around 2000 and after building a private practice was hired by Young Living Essential Oils founder, Gary Young, to be the resident Naturopath & Iridologist at his Utah clinic for the last couple of years it was open before Gary moved on to Ecuador. Louise co-taught the first Essential Oils I & II with Farida. Her irises, shown on this blog, are a testament and an inspiration for all self-healers. Yes, the irises do change with deep purification.

Heather is an ND student, an accomplished Self-Healing student, attended Reflexology in Iceland April 2006, Summer School 2006, Puerto Rico Living Foods Training Jan 2007, Reflexology, Essential Oils I & II, Flower Essences, and is now repeating classes for the love and depth of the work. HEALTH MASTER ICELAND BLOG UP & RUNNING

We launched the blog for Health Master Iceland, our three year Naturopathy training beginning September in Reykjavik. We have 30 students already in process with Self-Healing and iris photos. I will be visiting to teach immersions every September and May, and Lilja and Gitte will support the students' self-healing, run student groups and teach their specialties. BOULDER SELF-HEALING & ESSENTIAL OILS STUDENT
I am definitely planning on taking Oils level II. I am ready to order my herbs and start Self Healing. Positivity and movement forward is in motion and the more I am opening my heart the more it is coming...so so many connections outward with people...so much synchronicity and appreciation for inward growth... I have trouble with diet my whole life. Setting extreme standards for myself makes me anxious of the discipline...the thing I want most is to shed my addictions and make space for yoga and meditation. I have been working a ton which is great and feeling grateful! I really am excited to start the herbs and maybe when I am putting those in my body I will feel more inclined to purify!! Dear Farida - your July 6 newsletter was such an inspiration.

I have now acquired a most unlikely client - my father!  He has resisted natural healing in the past, but when he hurt his back recently, I pestered him into allowing me to do some trigger-point, energy work and a ginger poultice with Star of Bethlehem Bach Flower Remedy since I could sense the injury was very painful (he refused to take any herbs).  Not only did this relieve his pain, but he said he felt his whole attitude had adjusted, and even apologized to my mother for being snappish lately.  He said he had not realized the burden of pain he was carrying.  For him to humbly admit not only to a physical difficulty, but also to an emotional one, was a huge step.  My hope is that he continues with this insight.  I am treating him very diplomatically, since I fear any hint of "I told you so" will cause him to curl right back into his shell.

UK SELF HEALING CLIENT
Dear Farida, Greetings from a happier Helen!!  I hope you are well. I continue to have very good and grateful memories for the way you looked after me.  It feels as if a lot of resolutions are happening around my illness.  How many things have flowed toward me even though I was so blocked and could afford little!  It felt as if the spiritual world decided to get me better and it was my own deep resolution as well. 

I am now certain that the real problem came from the bladder area; the kidney weakness you pointed to seems the most intractable and you were the only person to discover it.  Colonics are helping and the bowel rhythms slowly returning.  I went back to full time teaching, big step, tiring, but I did it.  So far, so good.  Best wishes,  Helen

Kristbjorg Teaches Icelandic Nature Essences

SNM students opened their hearts to Kristbjorg who taught Icelandic Nature Essence during the Flower Essence Certification at SNM Boulder, July 2007. Farida has known Kristbjorg for nearly 12 years as she graduated from the SNM Iceland Iridology & Naturopathy training in 2000, and came to the Puerto Rico Living Food program twice. Kristbjorg is an beauteous Icelandic goddess, a fountain of wisdom and experience, a joyous teacher and a spiritual role model. KK will teach flower essences during our up-coming three year Health Master Iceland SNM training in Rekjavik.

Hygeia has been with me for 23 years. I picked her up in Olympia, Greece along with Aesclepius the Greek God of Healing, our school mascot. I placed my Flower Crown on her head after our laughter joy filled celebrations after our Flower Essence Certification Training
