ICELAND NATURE ADVENTURES
After the richness and fullness of teaching, Sunday was a holiday. My dear friend Ruscha was here from England to explore Iceland and Kristbjorg (visited Boulder in July to co-teach Flower Essences) and an SNM Master Iridologist was our nature guide.
We set off early in the morning to the ski area in the hills beyond and above Reykjavik, where I gave my first training 12 years ago, a beautiful lava lichen land, and after finding the entrance to the gave Kristbjorg led us through a initiation visualization toward our deepest goals - and as synchronicity would have it - we all had similar visions of finding deep roots in nature to settle during our elder years.
The lava tube cave was 1/2 kilometer long and completely dark - we had a guiding light and followed Kristbjorg until we found the light at the other end of the tunnel - my camera flash lit it up beautifully with incredible colors and sparkles and beauty along the way.
We each reached for the light and returned to the beautiful Icelandic lichen, moss, blueberry, herb, wild grass velvet covering over the lava - and misty rain had turned to sunshine!!! Then off to the geyser hills beyond Hvergerdi, my favorite hot springs, to soak where a hot river meets a cold river, creating perfection soaking pools.
No words can explain the exhilarating water, the sparkling energy, the bright light of the sun and water, and the beauty of this magic place. We glowed fully from insideout as we made our way back home - an evening of rest, a Monday morning of work, and the last two teaching evenings begin for the first SNMI Naturopathy Health Master Immersion.
