ADVENTURES CONTINUE IN HONG KONG

Tarah, Shae and I are transitioning with four days in Hong Kong - a forest of tall buildings. Fortunately at our hotel we can walk and run along the Harbor and take the Star Ferry which we did yesterday to see the Giant Buddha at the Lantau island monastery.
Here is my favorite Kwan Yin statue, holding the lotus in all its forms as an offering to the divine.

They are off today to view 10,000 Buddhas while I am blogging after a lovely morning walk along the harbor. This afternoon I will visit the award winning Mandarin Oriental Spa and meet a friend. Browsing is my style, exploring and discovering, and just absorbing the life and energy of a new place.

Excited to be flying to Thailand Friday to enjoy family and then exploring spa possibilities in Phuket before the Chi Nei Tsang Training at Tao Garden near Chiang Mai.

Expanding horizons are a good feeling, Heather reports good connections, new students and is sending a newsletter our soon.
All is well. Continue on to truth, and light and service.

Our theme yesterday: create harmony and enjoy each others' quirks with good humor and fun as we transform our challenges into our greatest gifts.

Our farewell group shot on the beautiful private white sand beach before leaving on the catamaran for El Nido, then on to Manila to catch flights to Hong Kong.

Vala flying to Iceland, Guna and Heithur with family in New Territories Hong Kong for a week before continuing on to the Caribbean, and Shae, Misty and myself in Hong Hong till Friday.

Traveling is an art that leaves us a continual student - enjoying and learning as we go!!!

While we all rave about our heavenly paradise I truly wish to give credit and appreciation for the effort, discipline and dedication to the cleanse program. Every one contributed positively to the group as they went through the process and I so appreciated the mutual loving support and good company. Well done everyone. The perfect group in harmony through personal responsibility - heaven on earth or as near to it as we can come. LOVE.

TARAH CELEBRATES GRADUATION IN MALAPACO

Our beloved Tarah (Misty) from Boulder celebrates a new spiritual name as she graduates from School of Natural Medicine as a Natural Physician, having completed Naturopath, Master Herbalist, Master Iridologist, Divinity Touch Reflexology, Living Foods, Flower Essences and soon Divinity Touch Essential Oils.

Congratulations! Your beauty and accomplishments glow as well as your loving heart.

Tarah is a supreme athlete and yogini, swimming around the island, kyaking and enjoying her yoga practice, filled with enthusiasm as usual for learning everything new.

RUNA RADIANT FROM MALAPACAO ADVENTURES

Gudrun, affectionately, Runa, sister-in-law of Heithur, holds the important position of Traffic Controller at the Keflavik airport in Iceland, and so Runa enjoyed the rest and rejuvenation of a truly healing holiday

I have been in paradise for two weeks. I have regained my strength, body & skin.  I will go home a better person after staying with Leeann.  She is an unbelievable source of knowledge of health & the nature around her.  I give thanks for the opportunity to know her and the beautiful perfect staff!!

Nothing like two weeks of cleansing, exercise and bodywork to make you smile!

I’ve been in paradise for almost 2 weeks. What a gorgeous place to cleanse your body and mind! The beauty of this paradise is beyond words.  Leeann, thank you for your delightful spirit and caring love. I have been pampered by you all here.

BEACH FIRES & FLOWER CROWNS IN MALAPACAO

Adventures unfold on Private Island Natural Health Spa.

Magic unfolds day by day. New surprises. New treats. The beach bonfires are so beautiful with flowers and candles.  Last night we also burned dry coconut leaves on a raft and sent it blazing into the inland sea and then floated wish candles on the gentle tide. Heither, Runa and Vala, our three Icelandic goddesses, helped make the coconut candle holders and they also made beautiful crowns.

My cleanse report - After three days on ginger tea and calamansi lime drinks I have shifted to fresh coconut water. It is wonderful to hold the heavy green coconut decorated with a hibiscus flower and sip organic coconut water grown on this island. One week has passed so five days left to deep cleanse then I will add in a salad a day to prepare for our departure.

After our overnight in Manila at the Sofitel Hotel by the sea where I was for the Spa Asia conference we fly to Hong Kong with Tarah and Shae to enjoy shopping and adventures. Then I fly to Bangkok and family and consulting and then I take a Chi Nei Tsang training at Tao Garden with Elsepth, beloved SNM graduate from Perth, Australia – she brought me to Perth several times and we are planning Divinity Touch Oils for July next year. It will be wonderful to see her again.

GLIMPSES

All of us quietly sipping the evening vegetable broth in the upstairs lounge. Entering a bath filled with hibiscus flowers.  My beautiful smiling maid Mayee saying Ma'am Farida at the bottom of the stairs, coming to clean my beach cottage with flowers in her hand. The night stars and the fireflies radiating sacred geometry. The water absolutely still and the islands reflected in the water. The changing skies. The quick heavy rains that pass by and leave us fresh and cool. The perfect temperature here, always warm or slightly cool, so comfortable. Faces after their massages – all glowing and soft. The busy kitchen blending drinks, making coconut cream,  and creating beautiful trays to deliver to the cottages. We are in a healing paradise. Thank you LeeAnn for the loving care.

ENJOYING GODDESS HEALING MALAPACAO DAYS

Lee Ann's generosity (pic above) flows in so many ways organizing an abundance of bodywork, beauty treatments, classes, evening ozonated ginger, clay and baking soda jacuzzi alternating with beach fires or temple events with her smiling radiant staff. So many graceful touches with flowers decorations and leaf covers on drinks. Staff keep the rooms sparkling clean with bright friendliness and thoughtful support throughout the day with teas, cleanse drinks and preparations of coffee or herb teas for colema. Everyone here is treated like a goddess and radiates happiness. We have our own space and ebb and flow with interactions and enjoy the glimpses of each other through the day.  Cannot describe the loving friendliness and generous giving of each member of staff and therapists. We feel truly loved and appreciated for contributing to their life here and we certainly feel the same

So many ways to pass the time here – our experience is truly beyond imagination.

I have been retreating to my beautiful Heart House most of the time, savoring quiet rest enlivened by breathing exercises, yoga and taoist practice, and going for a deep cleanse – just ginger tea and calamansi juice (their version of lemon or lime).
