The autumn Master Touch Reflexology training at the School of Natural Medicine in Boulder, Colorado is complete, and happy, radiant students return home to practice this ancient art with family, friends and to begin a practice. So beautiful is the Master Touch Reflexology, lifting us all, student and teacher to expansion into the Field or Ground of Being of love, beauty, truth and awe, into sacred timelessness, into the holy sacred anointing of the deepest caring respect - such grace to participate in giving and receiving. It is no mistake that mystical teachings refer to "the holy feet."

Preparing to Receive is practiced in full in the beginning of each session with anointing of the head and face with fragrant Young Living Oils, perhaps White Angelica to clear the aura, perhaps Peace & Calming, or Sacred Mountain or Frankincense, followed by a balancing communion hold on both feet that gently leads into long slowest slow anointing strokes that relaxes the nervous system so that the receiver drops into a deep healing space.

Every session is different, creative, in the moment, with full presence of instinct following energy and utilizing Spiral Touch, Infinity Touch, Pulsing Wave Touch, Counterpoise, Energetic, and Deep Touch to creatively stimulate reflexes and awaken deep states of healing and relaxation.

SNM STUDENT LEADS WORLD REFORESTATION

School of Natural Medicine USA student, Patrick Cusick, attended Summer School 5 years ago and his Self Healing turned his life around - from a busy life of spa magazine publishing, muay thai boxing promotion and and journalism in Thailand, Patrick created a Healing Center Mon Doi in the Thailand hills above Chiang Mai and founded two world organizations to educate and promote planetary health. Well done Patrick. This interesting phenomena of shift of focus is tied to the highest level of his Iridology constitutional type - proof of personal evolution through Self Healing.

The reforestation project in Pang Hai in the Mai Rim mountains is progressing fast. The Earth Charter Foundation has located its Thailand base at the Mon Doi gardens property in the Pang Mai valley with a direct approach to the 3000 rais of mountain rim land that is being reforested with Magnolia X Alba trees that flower seasonally giving off a wonderful flagrance. This distinctive Magnolia hybrid species thrives in the topical mountains of northern Thai and grows fast (up to six feet a year) from the three month's old saplings that are planted in batches of 100-500 by local village farmers.

Next week (28 October) I'll be going to China and Tibet for 12 days on a planning trip for the foundation's second climate change expedition. The first expedition that included scientists and 40 artists are currently on location researching the melting of the Arctic ice cap that is the most visible sign (proof) that global warming and climate change is a real and present danger. All the scientific reports I am receiving are adamant that unless human emissions are reduced by 20%- 25% by 2020 then Earth's temperature will rise by more than 2C.  Patrick Cusick

"After the  Elements of Life dances I felt calmer and more relaxed and that's huge because I am the nervous type, always on the run and hurrying. What a great experience. Earth and water dances were the best for me. The water dance was sensational. I was so relaxed afterwards and my head felt so light. At one point we did an exercise with Trauma Life oil and it worked wonders for me. I literally felt my heart letting go of the past and release like a chain had been surrounding it for a long time.

I usually wake up a little nervous about the day ahead, I always feel pressured by time and all the things I have to do. After doing the dances and just listening to all the things you were saying, being with the group and listening to their stories I just feel calmer, more relaxed and more at
home and where I want to be.

PEACEMAKER HEROES OF ALL AGES

Codex Alimentarius was the target for a group of young children actively promoting truth to educate and inform residents of a Devon U. K. town of the dangers of allowing organic natural foods and medicines to be minimalized and made illegal in England. Enjoy their poster. They passed out leaflets and talked to hundreds of villagers in a town in Devon with the spirit of "We can change the world by caring." It was a joy to share their vision and enthusiasm and witness the effect it had on those they talked to. They also visited every shop and office in the town. Ashburton is one town that knows the truth of Codex Alimentarius.

On a similar note our School of Natural Medicine Self-Healing students in Iceland, USA and the UK and around the world find that when they feel better they offer more positive energy to the world and find they can make a difference.

SCHOOL OF NATURAL MEDICINE UK IRIS MANDALAS

School of Natural Medicine UK Iridology training in Devon, England in early October reveals once again the truth of evolutionary teaching methods. Once again advanced Iridology presentations pulsing between iris mandala creation sessions opens the pathways and portals to deep understanding and embodiment of what the iris analysis represents in terms of a person's inner and outer life, inner and outer ecology.

Our wonderfully alive and enthusiastic students explored their creativity while they transformed their understanding of their irises into art!

Meanwhile in the pulsing of presentations, Farida shared psychological models, spiritual models, including Rayid and Time Risk. Students took a fresh look at their own irises and shared the depth of their self healing and changes over the past months.

All students are looking forward to returning for Advanced Iridology in the late spring or summer, and plan to use the quieter more internal winter months for study and furthering self healing.

Claire resolved physical resistances based on fear the first day through energy movements that flowed into the mandala and burst forth into a magnificence of radiating powerful expressions and creativity - ah the beauty of lacunas!

Michelle balanced left and right irises, masculine and feminine, and a deep understanding of how they manifest in her life with her deep love of nature.

Lucinda began with the integration of the opposites as she worked with the Anxiety Gastric Constitution realities, tuning into nature as she recognized similarities of structure of tree rings and ripples in a pond and radiating patterns.

Caroline discovered surprising creative changes as her beautiful colors and papers and feathers and wools wove into her iris mandala. A large pigmention in the kidneys was transformed by a diamond jewel anchor into the quality of  courage and creativity to be herself. Caroline will join the SNM USA Boulder Colorado October Master Touch Reflexology Training.

ICELAND HERBAL PHARMACY WITH BRIGITTE MARS

Brigitte Mars, School of Natural Medicine herbal teacher and renowed herbal author shares the science and art most joyfully with the Health Master Iceland Naturopathy students in Reykjavik, Iceland. It was a most thorough training beginning with presentations each day and after the lunch break continuing with practical creation workshops, all uplifted by Brigitte's joy and enthusiasm for the herbal and natural health and healing world.
