It is just wonderful when a graduate from some time ago connects with me, this one through linkedin, and lets me know of the wonderful work they have been doing over the years. Grace studied Iridology & Natural Medicine at School of Natural Medicine UK in the late seventies and early eighties, gaining a deep and strong foundation to build her healing practice. She offers her appreciation on her wonderful website. Totally looking forward to reading her books that are about to come out! Well done, Grace!
"For the ultimate in resources and training in naturopathy and iridology and much more, The School of Natural Medicine is the leader. Established since 1977, it’s where Grace did her first training, before complementary therapy was wide spread. Under the tutelage of Farida Sharan, the courses are second to none."
Over the last 30 years Grace Hall has helped and advised over 30,000 clients on to the road to better health. Never having had to place an advertisement and gaining clients merely through word of mouth, she is sought out by people from around the world, including top sportsmen and women and stars of stage, tv and film industry.
Her unmatched combination of deep understanding of illness and the human psyche, common sense attitude to health and years of experience across many fields of therapy put Grace in an unrivalled position in the complementary field. She has often been called,’complementary health’s best kept secret.’ Well, the secret is no longer! Grace has two books to be published in July 2012 and will soon be passing her knowledge on via training courses and her books.
Grace says: "I have been involved in the complimentary health field for 30 years and never cease to be amazed at the scope and possibilities when we look at the human body and mind as a whole, rather than just looking at individual symptoms.
I began studying in the field of iridology (with Farida Sharan at School of Natural Medicine UK, 1977) at a time when complimentary therapy was still viewed with suspicion. In an age before the internet, finding out information about health conditions was completely different compared to today’s mass of facts.
After training in iridology, and anatomy and physiology, I travelled widely abroad to train in acupuncture, homeopathy and herbal medicine. This intense training, in clinics treating the poorest people, was both enlightening and humbling to me.
In the late 1980′s I was fortunate to meet the most knowledgeable people of that time, these included Doctors, Osteopaths, Homeopaths and Herbalists. Also at this time I developed an interest in Biofeedback machines and working with Dr.Bill Nelson, whom by many is considered 30 years ahead of conventional science in the healing field. My specialisms include herbalism, nutrition and homeotoxicology." Grace practices in Berkshire, UK.
