Michelle, our dynamic and passionate School of Natural Medicine UK naturopathy and herbal student is helping cancer drug promoters present their products at conferences in South America and soon on to Singapore as one of her fields of expertise is creating powerpoint and other presentation media. MEDICINAL OILS RELIEVE TEETH & GUM ABCESS PAIN

A week ago I woke up with pain in my right lower jaw, couldn't chew, swollen, sensitive to the touch. It was an OH! NO! moment, then I switched to an OH! BOY! moment. I can test the oils. My last nerve dying experience was a few years ago, perhaps 8 or 9 and I was just getting into the Young Living Oils and began my protocol after things had swollen and developed a lot and even then I was able to reduce and follow the nerve dying process  with good results. And here I could start at the beginning. This is my true experience - Farida Sharan: Immediately on rising I got my waterpik going and did a thorough session with Thieves oil agitated into the water, then did a session with Himalayan sea salt. Then I rubbed Thieves oil into the gum area, followed a little while later with PanAway and through the day kept rubbing those in as well as my dearly all time favorite must have Frankincense - all time tested and true medicinal quality Young Living oils. I got immediate reduction of pain results and that night after another water pik session decided to soak a piece of 100% pure unbleached cotton puff or wool (depending on which country you are from) in a combo of Frankincense, Palo Santo & PanAway. As i drifted off to sleep I found myself loving the taste, and so for the next three days, now pain free on waking the second day, I continued with the cotton puff in my mouth day and night. It was so small as it was only directly on the lower gum just where the root of the tooth was, you couldn't see any bulge or swelling on my face - yeah! a new regimen that works, gets immediate results, and I love going through things pain free.

On the second day I got in touch with the glands around my neck and side of the face and realized they were swollen and the muscles were tight and painful, so I massaged them with PanAway and Palo Santo, and also did Bemer sessions while lying on my black ball (or tennis ball will do) on the neck muscles, further tracking that tension down my spine, realizing I had a sense of unease in a muscle for a few days before the tooth became painful. Oh it is proven every time my body is well advised long before things come to my attention. Even though I had worked on the spinal muscle daily I hadn't connected with the cause in my neck until the tooth.

So here I am less than a week later after a completely painless process. Tooth pain free. Gum abcess free and not swollen or painful. Neck released. Still working on a muscle in my spine and that is freeing up. A meridian journey I believe. Amazingly enough there was even a bump on my reflexology right foot in the face tooth area. What an incredible body we have. So dear students of life and body - we learn all this in this wonderful School of Natural Medicine. Cannot recommend enough the oils with healing processes as an important part of your self healing and as support for your and your family and friends. As side benefit of this little cotton gum poultice was it took away my hunger and I was easily able to support the healing with a light diet and healthy herbs.

Consider how much people suffer in this world and how much they pay doctors and dentists and how much they spend on treatments and products why more are not more students of life and health interested to take some classes and learn about themselves and how to become independently healthy. Mystifying!

BONNY'S BEAUTEOUS BATHS FOR DIVINE HEALING SOAKING

Our School of Natural Medicine UK Director, Bonny White ND MH MIr, offers some divine recipes for beauteous healing soaking. Enjoy. Use quality medicinal grade essential aromatherapy oils. Always make sure you drop the oils into epsom salts before adding to the bath and then agitate the water for complete dispersal. Do this at that last moment so you can receive the full benefit of oils and then light a candle, get in the bath and go to healing heaven.

DETOX BATH
After a salt scrub with sea salt or epsom salts, honey and carrier oil. Do not rinse off. Soak in a bath of 1 cup sea salt or Epsom salts and 11 oz apple cider vinegar. Then add 4 drops Juniper oil, 6 drops Geranium oil, 6 drops Roman Chamomile oil mixed with a small handful of epsom salts and agitate the water to disperse the oils. Add ¼ cup baking soda + a Linen bag with ½ cup green tea leaves.

WATERBALANCE BATH
First massage the kidney areas 6 drops of Juniper oil mixed with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil then apply a Ginger poultice wrapped with stretch bandage onto the kidney/adrenal area. Relax for 5 to 10 minutes and then enter the bath. This poultice remains on the kidneys during the bath. Then soak in a hot bath with 6 drops Grapefruit oil, 8 drops Juniper oil, 8 drops Lemongrass oil mixed into a handful of epsom salts then swished in the bath.

SORE MUSCLES BATH
First Massage 12 drops of Marjoram oil mixed with pure almond oil on to sore muscles. Then soak in a hot bath with 2 cups Epsom salts in which you have added 4 drops Douglas Fir or Balsam Fir oil, 6 drops Basil oil, 6 drops Geranium oil  and ¼ cup mustard powder (creates heat in the body).

LUXURY SENSUALITY AROMATHERAPY
Add oils to 1 cup coconut milk (blended milk and pulp of one coconut) + put a linen bag with one cup oatmeal in the bath with you. Blend: 6 drops Jasmine oil, 6 drops Bergamot oil, 6 drops Rose oil, 6 drops Ylang Ylang oil, 4 drops Geranium oil then scatter rose and flower petals.

TWO NEW ESSENTIAL OILS THERAPIST GRADUATES

School of Natural Medicine International offers certification in Essential Oils for the Americas, Europe and other countries. BELIEFS, CHANGE, PAIN & OILS OF JOY & GLADNESS

School of Natural Medicine Oils Level II class in Vancouver, BC, Canada this week for a five day training are exploring deep levels of emotional healing, change, and relationship with pain as we study medicinal therapeutic essential oils.

Chris, a long time naturopathy student, who works in a government agency in Washington DC, and who is graduating this visit; Eva from Minnesota, Elizabeth from Saudi Arabia, Nannette from Denver, Colorado and Bekka from Yakima, Washington are the dedicated and passionate students for this class. Eva and Bekka are returning in the autumn for reflexology and iridology along with a new student, Disa, from Tajikistan and Robert who runs the Gaia Herbal Pharmacy in Vancouver. Other students are also in the process of signing up so it will be another full group.

Using healing processes each student personalizes emotional healing so that information is grounded in experience and embodied wisdom. Self Healing continues in each class so that information attaches with ease in the brain.

The first day focused on emotional healing and the second day today explored basic beliefs, theories of change, resistance to change, and where we hold wounds and store uncompleted memories in our body. Tomorrow we move ahead to internal use of oils and chronic conditions, as well as family usage. The last two days the students learn auricular and neuro-auricular skills and continue with healing processes.

It is truly beautiful to watch how faces change and hear the reports of students as to the changes in their life and improvements in well being and life skills. Enjoy the group picture. I chose this one because of the bliss closed eyes students balanced by the radiant opened eyed students.

OILS TRAINING - INFORMATION, SKILLS, HEALING PROCESSES

School of Natural Medicine Essential Oils Therapist training with Farida Sharan last week in Vancouver, BC was a joy of fragrance, skills and healing processes - an experience beyond most workshops or seminars.

When students process their fears, traumas and symptoms and explore their historical, physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual landscapes, the oils take on another life.

Did you know that oils speak directly to our brain becoming part of our instinctive and emotional brains, but not our logical brain? With the oils we go deeper, entering safely and respectfully into the field of being and allowing change, healing, transformation and evolution.

Skills in this five day training in Vancouver focused on an evolved Raindrop Training with emphasis on deep slow connected touch that transforms the YLO idea of a Raindrop session into a profoundly more satisfying experience. Students return for another oils training the 24th of July for another five days, with new students joining the group, Washington DC, Minnesota, Denver and Saudi Arabia.

The next training focuses on skills for Auricular and Neuro Auricular work with increased emphasis on oils, reflexology and master touch connection awareness abilities. In every class emphasis is placed on self healing and students continue to learn how to focus inwardly, sense, feel, know, and become alive in their inner world. Healing process work deepens into releasing individual trauma and co-dependence as students face the realitis of family relationships, unresolved emotions, fears of change and other potential raw material for transformation into evolved being.

EMOTIONAL HEALING WITH OILS & ESSENCES

The School of Natural Medicine Flower Essence Course begins June 5th, Friday in England under the creative and brilliant guidance of SNM UK Director and Naturopath, Bonny White. I have been receiving her researches and notes and know the students are in for amazing training and profound healing processes. Here is a chart of the Neuro-Auricular emotional ear points she just emailed me. We learn to use them with both oils and essences and discover their influence through experience.

The Essential Oils training begins 25th June here with SNM Canada in Vancouver, though our focus with this group is spinal techniques and the Raindrop process, and the Zone Therapy Reflex, Auricular and Neuro- Auricular skills come with the training at the end of July. ESSENTIAL OILS II - DEPTH EMOTIONAL HEALING

School of Natural Medicine UK in Devon advanced essential oils training in emotional healing with a dedicated group of naturopathy students willing to explore the depths of their own psyche, resistances, fears and gain the awareness, feelings and languaging to bring their inner world forth in creative joyful endeavor. More than studying oils, their profound use in chronic illness, trauma, life passages such as birthing and dying as well as support during daily life, the study involves each student's personality, life challenges and personal evolution on the self healing path. Enjoy this picture of the students, radiant in early spring, a sunny warm day, birds singing, green growth coming forth in 2009.

Once again Hedwig flew in from Spain and returns to Angola to her work with the nuns, Butsi drives down from Bristol, Michelle and Leandra drive over from London area and Melissa comes from nearby Torquey. We held the class early, not everyone could attend, but we wanted to make sure Hedwig got to complete her training before returning to Angola in Africa. I so enjoy small classes that offer the opportunity for depth personal connections and open communication.

RAINBOWS, ESSENTIAL OILS, LOVING TRANSFORMATION

School of Natural Medicine UK begins its teaching year with Essential Oils Certification in Devon, England. Just as the cycle of my personal Rainbow's End retreat ended with rainbows so the cycle of the first training of the year began with golden dawn light, mist and rainbows signifying auspicious transition.

With Hedwig from South Africa via Austria, Caroline from Ireland, a local student, and the rest from London and other areas the first three days of our oils class held the container for loving transformation through deep process.

The following two days two more students join us for the Raindrop Technique.

Our second session class dates will be announced soon. New comers may start with any class. The second part contains Ear Auricular Therapy, Reflexology and Zone Therapy oil applications, NeuroAuricular Therapy of the head and spine, internal use of oils, family use and many healing processes with emphasis on acute, chronic and traumatic somatic constrictions and emotional healing. ICELAND - SELF HEALING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS

Hi everyone, sharing this informative letter of Self Healing with Young Living Essential Oils from Bara, our dear and devoted second year Naturopathy student in Iceland in the HealthMaster School of Natural Medicine Iceland school, a midwife and wise woman.

Hallo dearest Farida,
It is a pleasure to be  able to read and follow your wonderful days in Ecquador. I thought it would be great to rush after you and join this group. It is on the wishing list for the future.

I would like to share with you how I treated my husband, Doddi, with Young Living essential oils and the book from Gary Young and some insight and prayer. He came home after his night shift and showed me his feet were swollen and he had a screaming red rash on the inside of his ankles and under the feet and lot of pain when walking. I didn't know what to do so I took the Lavender and showered his feet with it and he slept better than usual.

When he woke the rash seemed to be spreading over the foot and he had pain in the ankles. I thought now is the time to open up the most precious oil - HELICRYSUM - and blend it with V6 pure vegetable oil mix, 2  drops each, and carefully anointed his legs and prayed that he was not getting thrombosis or something clotting his blood, and again a few hours later before he went to work.

Then there was a change in the color of the rash, not so screaming red and not spreading more. He went to work for 8 hours and when he came home I showered his feet with Purification and into bed went the darling man.

Next morning he was much better so I showered his feet with Thieves following my own instinct, and he kept getting better. It took 3 days to clear the skin. Wonderful is it not?

In the meantime I was always looking into the big PDR oil reference book and reading about the oils and getting ideas and I use them everyday on somebody besides me and Doddi. Our grandchildren get the blend I make: 4 drops Gentle Baby,4 drops RC, 1drop Thieves and 1 drop Lavender into 5 ml V6 vegetable oil under feet, on the navel and along the spine and they love it and their cold is minimal and fever stays away. They get special treatment when they sleep over.

YOUNG LIVING OILS FEBRUARY ECUADOR TRAINING

Good news everyone! I am delighted to be able to take advantage of the opportunity to visit Gary Young’s new Young Living field of endeavors in Ecuador – clinic in hospital with spectacular chronic treatments achieving results, new oils being made, organic plant farms, and attend classes with Gary.

Lilja, my lovely partner and SNM Iridology & Natural Medicine graduate in Iceland is coming along as is SNM Natural Physician and Naturopath graduate Louise Harvey, from Montana, who worked with Gary in the Utah clinic for two years as an Iridologist and Naturopath. Louise co-created our first certificate Essential Oils Therapist trainings in Boulder last year and is an enterprising business builder and oils educator and practitioner. I love the way we learn so openly on energy and instinct and love and the awareness of truth this brings what a beautiful balance of ancient knowledge and as our lives transform manifesting into the higher dimensions as our higher selves,without resistance we are more open to our truths~ bodies of pure love energy awakening on a bridge of light. If you study with a teacher who acquired his understandings by information alone, that person may tell you very wise things, beautiful things, but he won't know how to handle the gaps. He blushes or he gets embarrassed or he fidgets around between stories, between the wisdoms that he utters. But if you are dealing with somebody who is completely competent, who is actually LIVING the information, the teaching has become part of his whole being, so there is no embarrassment. It goes on and on and on, like the waves of an ocean. There is endless richness. You receive a lot, but at the same time, you don't feel that he emptied out all his information to you.
