"I came to the School of Natural Medicine seeking self-healing as I struggled with liver and digestive problems, and a positive learning environment. I got so much more!! SELF HEALING SUCCESS FROM A NATUROPATHY STUDENT - A WOMAN WHO WAS TOLD SHE WOULD NEVER GET PREGNANT IS PREGNANT

Last year at our School of Natural Medicine Naturopathy Retreat near Ithica NY, Naturopathy student, Maggie, from Connecticut, connected with a woman who wanted to get pregnant and they decided to work together on a case history. I also checked the Iridology and Natural Medicine consultation after Maggie's time with her, and supported and guided Maggie through some months of inspiration, program creation and follow up. This is the success story of her first case history. Impressive!

Dear Farida,
    Happy news!  My client, who is in her late 30's, was told by multiple doctors that she would never be able to conceive naturally, and that her only recourse would be to try IVF. Well, she has shown them that natural medicine works -- she is 4 months PREGNANT! 
    She started her healing program in August of 2011, and diligently followed every part of it -- living foods healing diet, herbal formulas, Bach flower essences to heal emotional wounds and energy. The beautiful, Cheri, graced our classes last spring and summer, and then returned to California where she found a study program of nutritional coaching to help her start her own business, web site and all Omni Tree Healing

"I am Cheri Rosser owner of Omnitree Healing. I knew early on that I wanted to work in the healing arts. I chose psychology as my major in college and earned my BA in the spring of 2011. I learned quite a lot about suffering, all that was wrong with people, and the world as a reflection. I spent years listening to lectures that left me feeling cynical, disappointed and overwhelmed.

I was also suffering with my own mental and emotional issues. Chronic anxiety and debilitating panic attacks had become a normal part of my existance. No matter how many psychology classes I took or how many professional I spoke with, my anxiety remained. I wanted to heal, but not with all the pills doctors handed to me so carelessly. Life was a constant struggle but I carried on.

I knew I wanted to continue my education but the thought of going to graduate school to learn more about behavior disorders and psychological torture was unattractive to say the least.

I went in the opposite direction of many psychology students and spent the summer studying natural medicine at The School of Natural Medicine in Boulder, CO. It was an incredible experience where I studied herbal medicine, healing diets, naturopathy and flower essences. There I was placed on a self healing program which included dietary changes, herbs, detoxing techniques and many healing modalities, as well as incredible love and support from my teacher, Farida Sharan, and fellow classmates.

For the first time in my life I was given the answers I was so desperately seeking. I began to heal and calm down from the inside out. It was a miracle, and more simple then anything I could have imagined. I returned in the fall with a new love and passion for food. Through my education I discovered the incredible healing powers of each bite we take.

Returning to California, I enrolled at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. It is an incredible program where I have learned not only major theories on diet and lifestyle but the depth of food as medicine.

Through natural healing I have discoved a sense of peace and purpose that I would have never imagined possible. My mission is to take my experiences and share them with others."

 

NAVRUZ - TAJIKI NEW YEAR CELEBRATION -DUSHAMBE TEA HOUSE BOULDER - OUR GRADUATE, DILA, IS MC - AND WE DANCE!!!

I attended the Tajikistan Navruz New Year Celebrations at the Dushame Tea House, in Boulder Colorado, enjoyed the amazing and wonderful dance performances, and danced myself! Dila welcomed me by inviting me onto the dance floor, and what a lovely time to share with a graduate as her life, work and world open up after nearly three years of part-time study and self-healing.

Dila reports that new Healing Diets Counselor position at the Dental Health clinic in Denver is going well: "I am getting ready my First Healing Diet Educating class which is gonna be on Monday 9th, and the topic is 'Importance of Balanced pH on Oral and Systemic Health.' I am so excited about it! I made a very good Power Point presentation."

Dila is meeting this week with Julie (another naturopathy student) and her mother, Mary Bolles, at the Sensory Learning Institute in Niwot about working there with the system Dila developed for assisting autistic and ADD children to touch, communicate and relate based on Reflexology, Essential Oils, Flower Essences and Dila's unique movement exercises, combined with diet change.

When a student is ready, the work appear. Congratulations!! Dila, for your devotion to studies and self healing to transform Dila from a medical professional to a natural medicine educator, practitioner and inspiration to all. Lets dance again at Navruz, next year!!!

SNM GRAD SELF-HEALS SHINGLES NATURALLY

My Dear Farida, I have been very ill this past week from Shingles. This is caused by the chicken-pox with a rash and nerve pain under my right jaw, ear and side of my occipital area. Being so ill, I just worked 2 days. Because of severe pain, I had to take the rest of the week off. I am back to normal now. Thank you, Farida, for teaching me to become a Holistic practitioner.
 
First, of course, I went to see a Doctor who prescribed antiviral medications along with meds for nerve pain. I took them and felt so drowsy and sleepy, but I still could feel the pain.
 
I decided to use my knowledge from taking your classes and I said to myself: " Why am I not using  a natural remedies?" Why were my old patterns overwhelming my mind?
 
I made a Cinnamon tea with Lemon and honey and started drinking that tea (I couldn't chew due to pain). Then I start using my Young Living Essential oils and put Cinnamon oil with Clove oil on my rash and around rash I put the Wintergreen oil with Peppermint oil to reduce inflammation and pain.
 
I start taking Vitamin B complex and had Vit B12 injection, knowing all those Vitamins are good to re-store nerve inflammation and damage.
 
I read that the cold compresses are good for rash, but for me personally cold was triggering pain, so I used the warm heating pads made with rice and Valerian Root, St. John's Wort, Chamomile and other herbs. I was drinking our School of Natural Medicine Herbs of Grace Detox tea and Liver Cleanse tea as well as other herb teas. I used a ginger poultice, ate green energy soup and drinks and took probiotics too. This complex of treatment helped me to recover from this illness in one week as usually it takes weeks for  recovery.
 
The combination of all these treatments relieved the pain and stopped the rash. I couldn't find Melaluca oil that is also good for Herpes Zoster Shingles, but the rest of oils worked perfectly well. I am back to normal now and wanted to share my experience of going through this horrible disease and taking care of it with all Natural remedies in such a short time.

ESSENTIAL OILS CLEAN CELL RECEPTORS & TRANSFORM DNA - FEATHERING FRAGRANT WINGS WITH THERAPEUTIC ANOINTING

With Essential Oils I, the class of last week, students explored, Death, Dying, Release, Fear, Truma and Transformation, while experiencing the oils, sharing their history and creating Mind Maps during self healing processes. Then they experienced two days giving and receiving Raindrop Technique body work therapeutic anointing sessions with Young Living essential oils.

ANA. "EOI has been an incredibly opening and challenging yet rewarding experience. During the first two days of the class, I experienced a tremendous release when we began to explore death, dying and especially trauma. Opening the eye of the soul and transformation means allowing oneself to pry open the door of shadows and deep wounds, then acknowledging, accepting, exploring and especially loving the traumatic experiences that have shaped our many lives.

The next two days were beautiful as we gave and received a therapeutic raindrop treatment directly from this opening heartspace. I felt a shift in my energy field once I reached a certain level of love from my own traumatic experiences that put me into an open and sensitive space of deep levels of understanding and connection. The medicinal Young Living oils provided a unique and hamonious presence to the treatment. DETOX TEA REMEDY & RADIATION PROTOCOLS

Spring is here, radiation has increased worldwide due to the Japan nuclear disaster, soit is an excellent time to cleanse and put preventive measures into daily routines.

Detox Tea by Farida Sharan ND MH AHG

Equal parts: borage leaves, burdock root, dandelion root, gotu kola herb leaves and stems, licorice root, nettle leaves, red clover blossoms, red raspberry leaves, uva ursi leaves, yellow dock root.

Directions: 1 tsp per boiling water poured over if all powdered; if roots are not powdered simmer very gently for 15 minutes, then steep with leaves. 1 cup or more per day for a gentle spring activation of all the eliminative channels.

RADIATION PROTOCOLS: alkalinize your system with alkaline foods, vegetable green juices and energy soup, alkalinize your water with drops from the health food store & eat high amounts of the follow foods to build up your system and protect against increased radiation.

SEAWEEDS: kelp, dulse, wakame, raw nori

IODINE: high iodine such as Swiss chard, turnip greens, wild garlic and onions, watercress, squash, mustard greens, spinach, asparagus, kale, citrus, watermelon and pineapple; high mineral content foods in leafy green vegetables.

RAW MISO: is a food that has been acclaimed as a general protector against radiation sickness.

BEETS: raw beet juice has been successfully used to prevent radiation-induced cancers.

GROWING YOUNGER - BECOMING INDEPENDENTLY HEALTHY

Whenever we wish to empower ourselves to become independently healthy it is necessary to develop our feeling quality, our ability to deepen our relationship with our self, our body, emotions and thoughts. This rare quality enables us to come into the presence of our own self. Instead of running away from discomfort or pain or illness, we ask our self questions and we look to causes in our life and life habits to understand what is happening to our body and why we are having symptoms and conditions.

There are wonderful Body Maps available to us to help us understand our own body. As well as seeking the help of professional therapists and practitioners we can also learn skills to help ourselves with self-healing.

When we have an iridology reading we learn about our constitution and begin to understand our strengths as well as our weaknesses. When a trained iridologist creates a health program, usually that program will be good for the rest of your life to release acute and chronic symptoms and help us toward health and healing. An iridologist will educate you about your own body and help you learn to become independently healthy.

Reflexology always confirms symptoms and the iridology analysis. As well as receiving treatment from a skilled practitioner you can learn to work on your own feet, creating release and strengthening weak organs and systems in your own body.

There are other self massage techniques to work with releasing energy on the ends of the meridians on the skull, diminishing congestion in neck and throat glands, massaging gums and cheeks when there are tooth problems with medicinal oils, shiatu points, elemental long current congestion areas in the inner and outer legs, elbow release points for the liver and other digestive organs, abdominal massage, colon massage and much more. Once you become interested in your own body and moving discomfort through you you will instinctively be drawn to be your own healer. You will want to touch areas of pain rather than reach for the pain killer to try to forget it.

Once important lesson: chronic illness in whatever form or name, whether cancer, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, alzheimers or gout just didn't happen overnight. Any disease takes a long time in its creation and your body is always trying to ask for help, to tell you something is not working right. If you listen, pay attention and then work with your body to release and restore any weaknesses, you will be preventing chronic illness.

When herbs, supplements, naturopathy home treatments and nutrition are guided by iridology you can be sure they are more effective than uninformed or repressive suggestion as what you will be taking will be guided to the deepest level of cause in the constitution and inner ecology.

There are many other wonderful body maps and therapies which enable each and every person to take a high degree of personal responsibility for their own health and healing. Some of the therapies which can be self administered after an initial consultation with a professional or attendance at seminars or trainings, as well as reading books are: essential oils, flower essences, low potency homeopathic remedies, cell salts, herbal teas, and living, raw, vegan and vegetarian foods. Body maps which are worth exploring are: reflexology, iridology, meridians, elemental zones, chakras, ear acupuncture maps, and the time risk iridology map.

I encourage you to become independently healthy. I encourage you to learn about the mystery and wonder of your own body and to take charge of learning about it and how you can live in it. WHAT IS PAIN? WHAT IS FACING THE REALITY OF DEATH? WHAT IS SELF HEALING AS A SPIRITUAL PATH?

This week the ads for Medical Marijuana in Denver and Boulder seem to have doubled, seeming to take over the newspapers, and this leads me to ask the questions: What is Pain? What is Self Healing as a Spiritual Path?

As divine synchronicity would have it I am also part of a team lovingly supporting a very dear old friend toward his passing. He is suffering pain from bone cancer, tumors and prostrate cancer like a noble soul, preferring consciousness to drugs. He is also someone on a dedicated spiritual path who would never consider the taking you out of your body and mind altered relaxation state of marijuana as he wants his focus for facing his reality of death.

There is room for all approaches in this world and I have nothing against those who smoke for pleasure if they can keep their life, duties and earning their own way together, nor do I have anything against those who find it useful for their medical conditions. All souls in this world have unique signature journeys and we must always give thanks to those who are there to help us as we move through difficult or fearful passages.

What is pain? There are many kinds - emotional, social, physical, spiritual. Excess fluids and inflammation press on nerves. Wherever there are blockages, pain accumulates. In that sense it is a message. Many take uppers, downers, sugar, salt, caffeine, overeating, overworking, sexual excesses, and many other ways to block pain rather than listen to its message and do the work to eliminate the need for it. This is self healing as a spiritual path, and as an evolutionary journey. I watch my friend daily. I work on his feet and he opens to the pain and you can see him facing it and releasing it with dignity. I work on his back where the tumor is and he faces it, opens to it and receives relief. He is under medical care and is preparing for radiation and hospice. He is surrounded by love and care, and sheltered in a dear friend's home. He is a lucky man and yet he is in pain. He bears it, works it through, surrenders to it, and receives help when he needs it. The price he paid to take Perkaset is not something he is willing to do any longer.

Yes our life and our progress toward passing from our body and this world is a personal journey. Our essential oils class in February dives deeply into these questions, realities and the skills to move things through. SNM STUDENT SHARES YAM KRANG FOOR FIRE THERAPY!!! WOW!

School of Natural Medicine student Patrick Cusick shares his training and skills with amazing pictures of Yam Krang foot fire therapy as he is the first Westerner to be certified as a master of this Thai fire therapy.

"Dear Farida. Just read some of the extracts from your new book and like it (chapter on fire transformation).

I have grown to love the use of fire for natural healing. I am the first Westerner to be certified a master of the Thai fire therapy known as Yam Krang. The treatment involves the practitioner immersing his foot into the juice of a wonderful medicinal herbal root called Prai that is grown only in Thailand. The foot is then then placed onto a hot iron plough that has turned the soil for more than a hundred years. This alchemy technique involves capturing the healing energy of fire and then transforming it with with infusion of hot sesame oil and the Prai herbal extract that is massaged onto the patent's body by foot over the main meridian lines.  

Check out Patrick's healing center in the mountains above Chiang Mai, Mon Doi Wellness. I visited in the early construction stages and it is a beautiful location with a spa and nature accessibility in the Hmong tribal area.

The Thais use "fire spirit" chants to prevent the foot from burning or blistering. I found that by engaging fire - and not fearing it - the heat of flame can be harnessed and then transformed without any burning or discomfort. I get as much benefit from the treatment as does my patients who are always astonished by this powerful treatment involving the fire element, Prai herb and sesame oil.

MEME WIZARDRY PLAY IN SELF HEALING ADVENTURE

Meme Wizardly is that lovely place in evolutionary change (Spiral Dynamics) where nothing works, you are on the cliff and you have to leap into a new paradigm cause there is no where else to go except where your instincts, trust, love, wisdom, experience, faith and will will take you. There is a lovely space where fire swells up - it almost feels like anger but it isn't, it sort of has a form of irritation, fed upness that is totally positive, but if you focus on the swelling of energy required for change, transformation, creativity instead of interpreting it as any of the old paradigm it gives you the fuel for the leap in a playful magic way and it seems to happen spontaneously once you open the pathway.

I got a cough in the damp seasonal change in England and as my schedule was so full it kind of got hold of me and after the flight I moved in during the snowstorm and got chilled and before I knew it this cough had taken over my lungs. I was being taken care of beautifully in a lovely friend's home, I let go of moving in and settling, rested but it was majorly uncomfortable and when you are not used to being sick you just want to move it through.

So Saturday I moved in my new space and lay in the sun for hours on my Bemer, using the pain applicator for my lungs, and resting and drifting down deep into the ground of being thankful for the opportunity to dive into the present presence. Anyone interesting in renting to try or purchasing a Bemer I can't recommend them highly enough and you can get one through me. I have used it for post surgery with friends, recovery after traffic accidents, pain of all kinds and general microcirculation well being and relaxation - several settings. Explore it on the web.

Lo and behold what came out was a gorilla. Before I knew it I was standing up beating my chest, slapping it hard, using my fingers and thumbs and making wild sounds, not just a few minutes, friends, but for over half an hour till my hands couldn't take it anymore. I was laughing and whooping like a gorilla and it felt wonderful. And then the shift was immediate. Relief. A night without coughing for the first time in days as everything loosened up. I also said hello to my thymus and gave it strong instructions to shape up. It obeyed. Fun in self healing adventures add up to evolutionary learning and growing and empowerment for becoming independently healthy

Lungs recovered. I discovered a new healing modality. Gorilla wizardry for all lung, bronchial, flu symptoms and then re=membered the Taoist way of beating the body with bamboo and steel. Must be something in loving your self with gorilla pounding as they seem to love it too.

ONIONS OVERCOME BACTERIA, VIRUSES & FLU

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people a doctor visited farmers to see if he could help them and many had died, but he came across one farmer and his family that were healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home.
 
The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.
 
She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick.
 

I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar...placing the jar next to the sick person at night. It said the onion will be black in the morning from the germs...sure enough the story reports.....the onion was a mess and person was better.

During the plague onions and garlic were place around homes and around the necks of those who worked with the sufferers and survived. Onions have powerful antibacterial, antibiotic, antimicrobial, antiviral properties.

Try and see. Buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home. If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere. If you get sick try the onion, fork and jar and let us know. Simple remedies can be very powerful.

FURTHER NEWS ON CHILD POLYCYTHEMIA HEALING

Kristina wrote again to tell me her daughter who is now healed from her infant pulmonary polycythemia is only two years old! From all her participation and willing understanding of her own process I was having a hard time accepting she was only three. Such wisdom in a child!! Truly, if we are present with our children and really see, feel, sense, listen, it is amazing what they know and understand.

"Such wonderful results...I feel so blessed!  I did want to mention to you though, she is only two, she just turned two in August (I still count that she would have been technically been two in October, being a preemie, but understand she birthed herself when she was ready.) 

I will also be sending you a picture of a painting she did yesterday.  Although I didn't get to get her saying this on camera, as she painted a few strokes on the right side of her artwork she said aloud, "Mommy's teacher, Baby teacher," she has never mentioned you while painting before and it just struck me by surprise that from my excitement earlier in the day that she understood that "I" finally realized she was healed (I say that because she probably gave me signs before to stop worrying).  Everyday she amazes me in how she is trying to communicate to me her truth and wisdom. 

You opened my eyes more to this blessed gift she is transmitting to me, she continues to do this in any way she can, either by actions or her ability to tell me verbally.  I've encouraged painting as an activity, because when she is tuned into what she is doing, I just sit back, watch, and listen to all she is trying to express and find that she already has so much to reveal.

MIRACLE BIRTH PROVES POWER OF NATURAL MEDICINE

School of Natural Medicine International Graduate Summer created a profound Self-Healing protocol that helped her birth a baby the doctors said was impossible. Summer is a woman and a healer of courage, will and discipline and here is her story and pictures of Darshan Makaini being welcomed in to the world. A miracle son is born to a magnificent mother and an inspiration to all. I kept in touch with Summer and her mother through the process - May through September. It is always a privilege to work with a student of their own life and body willing to do their work!!

In April of 2009, at 14 weeks pregnant, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer.  I was told that my ability to carry my baby to term was unlikely and continuing the pregnancy would be a huge risk to my life and to the baby.  An immediate radical hysterectomy was prescribed, which would have killed my baby.  I chose not to do this, or the radiation and chemo which were the other treatment options given by the doctor.  I chose to keep my baby, live my life and do everything I could to heal myself with natural means which were safe for my pregnancy.  I did a lot of research and reached out to create a great healing team with friends and mentors of mine.  I visited Farida in Vancouver in May to go deep into a healing program.  Farida worked with me one-on-one for 4 days, during which I gained clarity, peace, and ease.  Farida helped me work out a self-healing protocol, which I adopted when I went home.  I was limited in what I could do by my pregnancy and certain herbs and supplements which were not necessarily safe for the baby.  I used herbal formulas, essential oils, water therapy, supplements, diet and other naturopathic techniques for 5 months and felt a great deal of healing of my symptoms.

There was a lot of stress in my life, however, as well as fear and uncertainty, perhaps a bit of disbelief in my healing which caused me to relapse around the 6th month of pregnancy.  I felt all the symptoms coming back and was quite an emotional wreck.  Then a good friend of mine encouraged me to come to a weekend class with Lou Corona, a living food teacher who has been doing it for 36 years.  I became completely inspired to begin his diet and four-fold treatment, which includes diet, oxygen therapy, enzyme therapy, and emotional processing.  I spent the last month before my son's birth on living foods, all the treatments and recommendations of both Farida and Lou. 

I felt all my cervical pain go away and had better energy than ever.  People kept telling me how I glowed and was the most radiant beautiful pregnant woman they'd ever seen.  People kept telling me how healthy I looked.  I would smile inwardly when they'd say this, knowing my truth.  I finally had a follow up doctor's appointment to assess the cancer.  It had not gone away, as I'd hoped, and had in fact grown.  I had, however, managed to keep it from growing too large for the prescribed surgery, which was a victory for me.  A natural birth was not possible, as the birth canal was completely cancerous and would not dilate.  After much soul-searching, I chose a date for a Ceasarean birth and agreed to the hysterectomy surgery.  I prepared for my surgery by keeping up with my program, drinking lots of fresh veg juice with whole fresh cayenne and habanero chilies juiced into them to reduce blood loss.  It was expected that I'd need 1-3 blood transfusions during the surgery, and the possibility of death from blood loss was a concern.  I surrendered to the choice I'd made, and experienced the birth of my son in the operating room.  

It was a beautiful birth nonetheless.  He was born completely healthy, vibrant and intact.  His dad was there to hold him as soon as he was born and cut the cord.  I got to spend some time with my new little son before my husband, Jimmy, took him and the hysterectomy was slated to begin.  I focused on my third eye and called on two powerful gurus in my life just as I went out under general anesthesia.  When I awoke, I realized I was still alive and felt joy.  Then I realized the operation had taken 2 hours less than expected, and I was told I lost less blood with 2 surgeries than anyone they'd ever seen with a Ceasarean alone.  I needed no blood transfusion and my total recovery was unbelievably fast.  The doctors are still talking about it.  My son, Darshan Makani, were able to come home 5 days later.  Darshan is growing at a record pace, already over 9 lbs at three weeks old!  My recovery is going very well, with homeopathic remedies to deal with pain and healing.  

I realise that surgery does not cure cancer.  I still have a healing journey ahead of me.  I have acquired faith in my self-healing.  I believe in it now, and have the opportunity to use methods that were not optional for me while I was pregnant.  I also am aware of the safety of treatments while breastfeeding, and will be carefully putting together my program from now on.  I do know my healing is assured.  Every time I look at my little son and my two older daughters I see how much I have to live for.  Every time I see a new day I rejoice in the beauty of life.  It's like I told the lady who hooked up my IV's on the day of my son's birth.  She had a button on her scrubs which said, "I love presents".  I said to her, "Remember, every moment is a gift, that's why it's called the present."

ONE ON ONE SELF HEALING DIVING DEEP TREASURE

Treasure in therapeutic relationship opens with depth intention and connection as does everything in the field of creation and when I began my practice 33 years ago in 1977 in Cambridge, England it seemed natural and appropriate to give three hours to each new client. They arrived and received a depth Sherlock Holmes consultation inquiry dialgoue as they soaked their feet in a Lobelia foot bath and relaxed. Then they received an iris analysis, photograph after their reflexology session that also revealed information that was confirmed by the iris information. Instructions and mixing their herbal nutrients and writing out their program took the session up to three hours and they walked away on a new path in life.

My naturopathy, iridology, bodywork and herbal practice grew into the School of Natural Medicine, twice monthly weekend trainings, conferences with international teachers I invited such as Dr. Raymond Christopher, Dr. Bernard Jensen, Dorothy Hall, Willy Hauser, and Harri Wolf, and a busy practice in Cambridge with two days a week in London in a gynecological practice, with five apprentices in my clinic in Cambridge to help mix and blend and send out the herbal nutrients was based on spontaneous intuitive generosity from wisdom that knew what a person needed to inspire them to take responsibility for their own life. I hope one day to write a book based on the case histories I have preservd of incredible healing sagas and triumphs.

Now with the fourth One On One Self Healing session this summer completed yesterday with a passionate student, Kristina, from the San Francisco area, I am convinced this is the direction Self-Healing has to go if we are to understand and work on all areas of a person's life to mirror, educate and build a relationship that will serve their highest purpose.

How fascinating and wonderful to dialogue and converse for long sessions over three days, with therapeutic healing processes diving deeper into the many areas of life, relationships, habits and culture and unwind the Gordian knot of confusion and create a healing path. I feel blessed at the luxury of my life and the time I give to those who seek this depth work and give gratitude for the quality of those who seek to transform their life to gain the experience and wisdom to guide others in self-healing and self-realization.

Kristina wants to call her practice, Natural Harmony, and that is the perfect name for someone with the vision to create a life of wellness, connection and loving service to self, family and community. SELF HEALING IMMERSIONS EVOLVE TO ONE ON ONE

School of Natural Medicine Self-Healing Immersions with Farida Sharan, a great new idea birthed this spring of 2009, are already undergoing creative innovation and evolution. Any new idea has to be tried out. You then see what happens. The first Self-Healing Immersion, a five day depth One on One with a SNM graduate, produced the changes and instruction to advance forward into a new cycle of self-love and self-healing with total fun, love, laughter and much joy around miles of walking and living and raw vegetarian meals. The second, planned for two, was interrupted when one canceled, so turned out to be a One on One, and the same depth diving into mentoring sharing exploration created a new ground for emergence and an auspicious beginning to a most loving teacher, student bond. The third, this past weekend, also planned for two was once more changed by a last minute cancellation, and this time I got the message.

From now all, all Self-Healing Immersions will be One on One - an opportunity for those wishing deep mentoring relationship, instructional sharing with a teacher of experience and wisdom, and the time for healing processes and appropriate choices of therapeutic sessions such as Master Touch Reflexology, Raindrop, Core synchronicity, Mayan abdominal massage, Chi Nei Tsang, poultices and anointing with medicinal essential oils and other treatments. I want to say thank you!  During the consultation I revealed a lot more than I thought I would.  I am an open person by nature, but the events that made a lot of impact on my whole being, sometimes takes time for me to share.  But, you gave me much comfort to allow me to share those deep seated issues that have also helped me to be who I am today. First of all I want to develop the Raindrop Therapy with different essential oils according to different ailments. I also plan to open a herbal apothecary with Icelandic herbal blends, teas, tinctures flower drops, fruit leathers and more.
