I have been hearing from so many students and graduates and inquirers via mail, email, text and e cards and want to share some of the good news, Self Healing reports and holiday wishes and especially some of the brave reports from Iceland where students are weathering difficult times with their financial crisis.
Through our dedication to Self Healing we are all connected in a web of healing light and love and even more so in The Field of all connection. Whatever our thoughts are and wherever our hearts or our resistances oppose energy the connection build our reality. It is so beautiful to hear from graduates from so many years ago, how they flourish and continue to expand the rippling circles of their Self Healing and professional practices, clinics and teaching.
Bless to the Icelandic students, the Boulder Colorado group, the UK group and all the students and graduates in many countries and cultures, let us move toward the New Year with appreciation for all we have accomplished and dedicate our best efforts to further our journey with grace, love and gratitude. I am so proud of you all and rejoice in our shared journey. Thanks again for all the reports during the year and now. Here are some spontaneously chosen selections to inspire. Farida
“Oh Dearest Farida!!
How nice to hear from you....and always at such an appropriate time. Your words always inspire, and I am forever grateful for that. So much has happened since I saw you in May in Boulder. I am now 8 months pregnant and due to have an Aquarian baby. Pregnancy is amazing in every way and I love it. We are back in Golden Bay, NZ now....nesting and preparing. Using my herbal knowledge everyday to assist my body. It is magic as my belly swells. We are planning a home water-birth here with the midwives. I am looking forward to the initiation into womanhood and all its many blessings and challenges. All my love to you and I wish you all the best for 2009. Blessings, Shanti - USA Grad 2000
This one arrived as I was writing this blog:

“Dearest Farida, Thank you for being such a light on the path for the rest of us. Rarely does a day go by that I don't mention you and your insights to a friend or a student. Blessings, Betty Sue” – USA Grad 1990’s.
“Blessings and Abundant Love to you. I am always centered by your mail and reminded of my path. So soon has this year fleeted by but not before many changing course toward their goals. I did some work that I am grateful for and will endeavor to do more 2009. I am so encouraged by you. Keep me always on your mailing list. The light is still ahead but more so within. Joan - Inquirer
“Seasons Blessings, dear Farida! Your teachings have informed me and guided me, and I thank you. Two musings on plants that have deepened my spirit: the intimacy of our every breath is an exchange with the plants (we know this yet consciousness of this intimacy with every breath is so loving: what teachings they have!) and most recently hearing of the use of poplars and willows that take in our toxic water, YET THEY DON'T HOLD ON TO IT so the toxicity doesn't build up and harm them, and as the toxic water evaporates through the leaves, the toxicity of the chemical compounds are destroyed. I use these meditations to help those who come to me feeling weary and unsupported, including myself! There is a deep level of healing going on right now. Lots of Love, Donna – USA Grad
”Wishing you joy peace and harmony for 2009…Deborah - Thailand
“Thanks for all the advise on relieving pain. I'm so blessed to have met yourself and Bonny. It has made this journey possible for me (and Dad!). I am certainly getting to see and live the power of nature and correct living (and the effects that lack of balance has on the body) first hand. Caroline - Ireland UK student.
”I just caught up with blog entries of your wondrous journey in Ecuador. So nice to have an account of the experience you encountered there. Beautiful and sincere sharings that I trust will be inspirational and moving for everyone. Malaika – Living Foods USA student.
“Thank you for your warm and inspirational words in your mail and blog: (move forward creatively and positively. Forgiving and forgetting is essential groundwork and most of all that means forgiving yourself and giving yourself a fresh opportunity to do better than ever with what the universe puts before you.) I feel, in order to be able to receive this fresh, beautiful opportunity with what the universe is now showing, I will also need to find a way to receive this gift from myself - the biggest gift of forgiving myself. No matter how hard or impossible it seems now, the mere thought creates a feeling of release. The expansion in the contractions that I need in order to create balance in my life is unfolding more clearly each day, as well as why I felt the absolute urge to attend this school. To find TRUTH=LOVE=GOD
Thank you so much for the classes, they were fantastic. - "This school is truly unique and I’m looking forward to the next three years. I’m discovering a whole new way to learn, to live and awaken my sense of connection to the whole of life and to myself. Love, Ólöf – Iceland

“I am so very thankful for all the love I was surrounded with during the class, I am certain that beautiful space allowed me begin to release and grow. I am working now on dealing with the after and creating a way to explore and understand it without shocking my being. I am doing my work and I am not hiding from it, just trying to be open. “Thanks for your letters. In spite of difficulties in Iceland I look very forward to going through this period of cleaning out all the corruption and untrustable relations, whether in business and trade or in more individual personal levels. It is already a relief to see younger and older going to rethink their lives. When I came to Iceland nearly 20 years ago there was and is enough for everyone in Iceland (and actually world-wide)... provided by nature as well as the joy we can find in meeting and doing things together. Warm hearted greetings from Iceland. Maria - Iceland
Dear Farida, so nice to hear from you...your wisely and caring spoken words...you are so right as always if I speak for my self I see this collapse as an opportunity for most people to change their lifestyles. To recycle more be satisfied with less, eat less, buy less and smile more, let off the greed and let in things that really matters. I give you all my thanks and love Rannveig – Iceland Mir Grad
Dear Farida, Thank you for your supporting letter. I'm like you in my heart I knew that these changes will lead too better world. In Iceland things could not go like this any longer where people put money at first place in their life. My and my husband are lucky we still have our job and our children are in College. I can still do that I like most as it doesn't cost anything to walk in the Icelandic nature :) love Stína – Iceland student
